Brothers and Sisters,
Now is the time to reflect on what our Tenets and Code of Conduct truly stand for—and why we should live by their teachings. The Golden Rule is not merely a saying to display; it is a principle to practice every day: "Treat others as you would have them to treat you." This is just like love your neighbor the way you love yourself.
Who are our neighbors? They include our family, friends, relatives, loved ones, fellow fraternity members, and the people in our communities. They also include those who have hurt or offended us, those we may consider enemies, and those who are lost, confused, or in need of guidance, knowledge, accurate information, and love. In our Code of Conduct Capital T, they are all included in the word “Others.”
This is a time for unity and love within our Brotherhood. Other fraternities may look at our divisions and disagreements with concern. We must ask ourselves: do we want to remain divided, or is pride getting in the way of reconciliation? Peacemakers are blessed, and humility can often help bring us together. Let us not give in to divisiveness, which divides, confuses, and weakens us.
The door remains open for everyone who wishes to register and support the unity of our Brotherhood. We invite you to register with the TGP Global Structure. Our fraternity is no longer limited to a national structure; it reaches across the world.
The Global Structure welcomes Brothers and Sisters who are currently with the NEC, those who are undecided, and those who have been observing neutrally. There is a place for everyone who wants to contribute to a more united Brotherhood.
No one wins when divisions and factions continue. For the sake of true Brotherhood and Fraternitas, we invite you to register and take part in the decisions that shape the Global Structure rather than remain on the sidelines.
Thank you for considering joining the Global Structure. United, we are stronger. Let us live up to the ideals of a true Tau Gamma Phi—the Triskelions’ Grand Fraternity.
